Prof. Ahmed Hassan Yousef, appointed Vice President for academic affairs at Egypt University of Informatics in February 2023, is a Computer Engineering Full-time Professor since 2017. Formerly, he served as Dean of the Information Technology and Computer Science school at Nile University (2018-2023) and as a professor at the Department of Computers and Systems Engineering, Ain Shams University. He held managerial roles at the Supreme Council of Universities and the Ministry of Higher Education's ICT Project. Additionally, he founded and managed TOP IT Company, collaborating on multinational projects. As an IEEE volunteer, he held various leadership positions, including chairing the Egyptian section. On a national level, he contributed to Egypt's sustainable development strategy and chaired committees focused on information and communication technology.
